Greetings and welcome to  Garden Oasis Laramie!

Locally owned and managed for over 30 years, we offer 10 one bedroom apartments and 3 single family houses, 2 double, and one single bedroom. On site laundry, well kept premises both inside and out, nice yards and gardens.  All units except 263 C N. 5th have picture rail, a decorative trim, high on the walls, for hanging pictures without damaging the walls.

All units are currently  rented until August 1st or 15th,2017.  All leases begin and end in August.  Availability will be posted here just as soon as the current tenants know whether they are coming or going, that is, staying or not.  505 Fremont is currently available.
